Support Group
Join others in a safe, understanding space. Our support groups are designed to reduce isolation, foster hope and offer peer encouragement. You'll be gently supported to take small steps towards YOUR goals while building confidence in your ability to change.
Red Squirrel Support Group is just £8 for 90 minute session. Take place on Monday mornings at the Havelock Community Centre in Southsea. Contact us to discuss before attending.
One to One Support
Tailored occupational therapy delivered online or in your home, to meet your where you are. through trauma-informed practise, we support individuals to reduce excess belongings, address undertaking causes, rebuild confidence and daily function then excess hoarding. You'll receive practical guidance, compassionate care and co-created strategies for lasting changes.
Workshops
We rune ad hoc interactive workshops, which are grounded in Occupational therapy and psychological insight. They provide valuable tools, knowledge and peer learning.

Our Therapy Services
