At Red Squirrel OT CIC we provide specialist for individuals and families affected by hoarding. Led by Occupational Therapeutic trauma informed principles and delivered with compassion, our services help people move from being overwhelmed towards confidence , safety and control. We work collaboratively to support independence, dignity and lasting positive change.
One-to-One Support
Tailored occupational therapy delivered online or in person to meet you where you are. Through trauma informed practice, we support individual to reduce excess belonging , address underlying causes, rebuild confidence and daily function, then excessive hoarding.

Workshops
Our interactive hoarding workshops are grounded in occupations therapy and psychological insight, providing valuable tools, knowledge and peer learning.

Support Groups
Join others in a safe, understanding space. Our support groups are designed to reduce isolation, foster hope and offer peer encouragement. You'll be gently supported to take small steps towards your goals while building confidence in your ability to change.
