The Red Squirrel Self-help kit comes with: a Self-Help sheet containing information of what you can do to help yourself or a person with hoarding difficulties; A mindful activity to aid relaxation and reduce anxiety (12 colouring pencils and 5 colouring sheets); and 2 cue cards, one for letting go and one for acquiring.
